Refund Of Credit Card Charges - Fragrance Backpackers Hotel

In fairness to Fragrance Backpackers Hotel, they replied to our complaint 3 days after we sent it. Below is their reply. Let's just hope they make their immediate action soon, rather than just making replies as quickly as they did.

Thank for your highlighting the credit card double charge issue to us, which was due a miscommunication on our part.

I will inform the Accounts Dept. to process the refund of SGD66 to your credit card. Kindly be informed that this refund might take several weeks for the bank to process.
